Airport Pick up : Yes, IBCN will make arrangements to Pick Up from respective Airports in Dubai from 14th April 2017 morning hours. Please share your itinerary to get this confirmed.

Delegates arriving in Sharjah Airport on 14th April, can avail the airport pick up facility upon prior request and confirmation, please share your itinerary to get this done. We are planning for pickup arrangements at scheduled timings.

Airport Drop off on departure : Delegates leaving on 16th April – post the conclusion of the conference, can be assisted with airport drop off, for flights departing on the 16th. We kindly request you to share your travel itineraries to get this confirmed well in advance.

Check in – 14th April at 2 PM:

Early check in for 1 or 2 hours prior to the above specified Check-in timings, can be arranged upon request but subject to confirmation from the hotel authorities on a case to case basis. Those who arrive early morning on 14th April, we could make temporary arrangements for freshening up and to keep your baggage under custody until the scheduled check in time .

For those delegates who arrive much ahead of the scheduled Check-in time and requiring a temporary accommodation, we can get this organized either at the same hotel (OR) at nearby hotels in the same vicinity at an additional cost.

Check out – 16th April at 12 Noon:

On 16th April, the concluding day of the conference, delegates will be advised to complete Check-Out formalities at 12 noon and deposit their baggage at a safe room provided by the hotel until the conclusion of the conference in the evening. Delegates who have departing flights late in the evening on 16th April, can make themselves comfortable in the lobby while their baggage can be kept under safe custody.
